We're Still Alive!

I'm not sure how many people check this blog regularly or anything, but I just want to let everyone know that we're STILL ALIVE!

Our typesetter/editor has been going through some personal problems as of late, so he unfortunately hasn't had time to work much on Chapter 3. We've finished the translation and cleaning and have even begun working on Chapter 4, but until he returns, we might or might not be able to release Chapter 3 soon. If you are interested in helping us out, PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY on the forums, IRC, email, whatever.

I've tried looking into typesetting myself, and if I have enough time, and Kang (our main typesetter) doesn't return any time soon, I might just double-role for a while.

Release Notes
- Slightly lower cleaning quality this time around, but it shouldn’t make much of a difference in readability. We’ll increase quality if we get more cleaners.
- Currently recruiting for ALL positions, but we definitely need some more typesetters/editors/cleaners.
- Drop by the IRC, blog, or forum, and let us know how we’re doing. We’re still
relatively new to all of this, after all. Your comments are much appreciated.

New Project! Giant Robo: The Day the Earth Burned!

Sup guys, this is ANWO Scans here! We're a subdivision of a forum I run, A New World Order (ANWO for short). Basically we're a group of friends who are interested in scanlating some manga, and we decided on picking up Giant Robo because it doesn't have translations beyond chapter 1, and for the fact that Giant Robo is such a goddamn good OVA in itself! This manga set in an AU deserves attention as far as I'm concerned.

A little bit about myself. The name's Feez and I'm the project leader here at ANWO Scanlations. I'm a die hard mecha fanatic; Gundam, Macross, Mazinger, Getter Robo...you name it! I love 'em all.

Anyways, here's my forum link for those interested. It doesn't have any one focus; just a place to chill and talk about many things.
