Chapter 12

Okay it's been ages (not really) but there isn't much we could do about it. We're a small team, so if one person isn't around then we get kind of stuck. Our typesetter was out for a while but he's returned now! Here's chapter 12 for your pleasure. It's the starting point of volume 3.
